Role Description:This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Nile. As a CSM, you will play a critical role in fostering and maintaining relationships with our corporate clients. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and driving their success with our innovative networking solutions. Your role will encompass a blend of tactical and strategic aspects including identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Responsibilities:- Onboarding New Clients: Guide new clients through the initial setup process, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of our services.
- Regular Check-ins: Maintain consistent communication with clients to assess their needs, gather feedback, and ensure they are fully utilizing our products and services.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Strategically identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services that align with client needs, contributing to their success and driving revenue growth.
- Client Satisfaction: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Serve as the voice of the customer within Nile, ensuring client needs and feedback are communicated to relevant teams.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure client feedback is incorporated into service improvements and to facilitate the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in managing enterprise clients and driving customer success
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts
- Experience in networking or IT operations is a plus
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
