Role Description:

The GTM Systems Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the optimization and expansion‬ of our GTM applications, with a core emphasis on Salesforce. This individual will initially serve as an individual contributor, taking charge of our Salesforce instance and CPQ systems, while‬ gradually building and leading a team of business systems analysts and engineers as our‬ company scales. The role presents an exciting opportunity to shape and enhance our GTM‬ processes, ensuring they align with our business objectives and facilitate growth.‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

‬‬‬Responsibilities:‬

  • Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce instance, with‬ a primary focus on GTM Areas like CPQ, forecasting, territory management.‬
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and‬ translate them into scalable automation solutions within Salesforce.‬
  • Develop and implement best practices for GTM processes within Salesforce CPQ,‬ including pricing, quoting, and contract management.‬
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, user‬ experience, and overall efficiency.‬
  • Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and industry trends, leveraging new features and‬ functionalities to drive business value.‬
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations‬ on leveraging GTM applications to drive business growth.‬
  • Data Management and Governance: establish and enforce data governance policies and best practices to maintain data quality, consistency, and security within Salesforce. Develop and implement data migration and data cleanup strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various business functions, including sales,‬ finance, and customer support, to expand the scope of GTM applications beyond‬ Salesforce CPQ as well as establish and maintain a GTM systems roadmap.‬‬‬

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field;‬ advanced degree preferred.‬
  • 6+ years of experience in GTM business processes, with a strong focus on Salesforce‬ ecosystem and extensive knowledge of CPQ functionality, including pricing models, product‬ configurations, and quote-to-cash processes.‬
  • Proven track record of successfully leading Salesforce implementations, configurations,‬ and optimizations.‬ Experience with integrations such as HubSpot, NetSuite, DocuSign, Workato, Allbound, Freshdesk, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Salesforce Administrator and CPQ certifications are required. Additional certifications such as Platform App Builder, Platform Developer are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow) and programmatic tools (e.g., Apex, Visualforce)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex‬ business requirements into practical solutions.‬
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to‬ effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.‬

The successful candidate will receive a starting base salary that will range between $140,000/yr to $180,000/yr. As part of your overall compensation package, you will also be offered equity in Nile. The compensation offered for this role will depend on your personal qualifications and experience level. In addition, the total rewards benefits package includes health, dental, and vision coverage, 401K, PTO, competitive equity & compensation packages.
