Job Title: Product Management Leader - Secured Connectivity

Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented and visionary Product Management Leader with a deep understanding of network security technologies, including NAC (Network Access Control), Micro-segmentation, firewall, SASE (Secure Access Service Edge), Zero Trust and InfoSec (IGA). The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in network security, combined with a strong business acumen and market expertise. This leadership role will be instrumental in driving our product strategy, roadmap, and overall success, ensuring that Nile remains at the forefront of secured connectivity innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Nile's secured connectivity offerings, aligned with market demands, customer needs, and business goals.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities for differentiation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to gather insights, prioritize features, and deliver best-in-class products.
• Work with a team of talented product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers, to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and drive product excellence.
• Drive the go-to-market strategy, working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches, effective positioning, and impactful marketing collateral.
• Monitor product performance, conduct regular data analysis, and leverage customer feedback to iterate on product offerings, drive feature enhancements, and optimize user experience.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in network security, contributing to thought leadership and keeping Nile at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in network security, with a strong focus on network security, information security (InfoSec), NAC, micro-segmentation, ZTNA, and SASE, ZTNA.
• Proven track record of successful product management leadership, driving the development and launch of enterprise-level network security products.
• Deep understanding of network security market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends, with a clear ability to translate these insights into impactful product strategies.
• Strong business acumen, with experience in building business cases, defining pricing strategies, and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and influence decision-making at all levels.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive product decisions and measure success.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• MBA is highly preferred
