Position Summary & Responsibilities
The individual, reporting into the Site Supply Chain head, will manage Planning and Scheduling activities for site Manufacturing. This position is responsible for ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in meeting the client demands by providing leadership, organization and direction for planning and scheduling at a site level for multiple products. This position aligns Network standards and practices for supply and inventory planning functions, with site supply chain management.

  • Collaborate and maintain the manufacturing schedule(s) for site cell therapy operations. This includes but not limited to apheresis receipt, process intermediates, core manufacturing operations and drug product shipments.
  • Perform, manage, and collaborate on planning activities including Sales & Operations Planning, Inventory Management and MRP for raw materials and consumables through Finished Goods.
  • Create and manage direct and/or indirect material Purchase Orders, as needed.
  • Actively lead and collaborate on continuous improvement efforts across material planning processes by applying structured A3 methodology.
  • Provide required guidance and support to technology and infrastructure activities related to site supply chain.
  • Function as a subject matter expert in supply chain best practices including supply planning and scheduling methods.
  • Coach and mentor associates, helping develop skills required for advancement, drive innovation, and create engagement.
  • Performs other duties as assigned; some travel may be required (10%)

Minimum Qualifications
1. Experience with ERP/MRP systems, demonstrating a solid understanding of fundamental principles and system dynamics.
2. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential in this collaborative work environment.
3. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced company environment with minimal direction and ability to adjust workload based upon changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain, Business, or scientific discipline with a minimum of 7 years related experience, OR a minimum of 10 years related experience, including 3 or more years of management responsibility in the biopharmaceutical industry or other regulated GMP environment strongly preferred.
2. Professional certification such as CPIM, CSCP, CPSM or CSSBB a plus.

3. Prior cGMP regulated experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry preferred.

Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $100,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
