Responsibilities

  • Drive successful design, architecture, and implementation of key SAP business suite components (e.g. Finance and Controlling, Planning, Material Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Sales and Distribution, Quality Management, etc.).

  • Work closely with cross-functional business partners to understand and advise on business requirements and decisions. Provides expertise and insight on opportunities for leveraging technology to serve business outcomes.

  • Serve as a global, technical system owner and administrator; develop architectural diagrams, system specifications, test scripts, assessments, standard procedures, and additional required computer systems validation and change management documents.

  • Act as primary support for the SAP environment inclusive of backup, maintenance, error logs, and release management; plan, design, configure and promote system changes in an ordered and verifiable manner.

  • Build and operate a GxP ERP validation approach in collaboration with Security, Digital/Cloud Operations, and Digital Quality to ensure the system is in a state of control at all times.

  • Partner with business and Digital leadership to define and maintain a near-term SAP enterprise roadmap/strategy.

  • Partner with business and adjacent Digital functions to design and deploy multi-functional integrations and end-to-end SAP solution design.

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to drive efficiency between the business and IT (e.g. S/4HANA migration, implementation of non-standard SAP components, etc.)

  • Collaborates with resources and vendors contracted to support routine system operations; executes systems administration activities as required and monitors business as usual team performance.

  • Ensures designed solutions align with Resilience Digital tenets, architectural principles, and vision for network scalability.

  • Build and operate a defined service and support offering that meets technical requirements of the platform enabling Level 0 self-service to Level 3 SME-level support through tools native to SAP and platforms such as ServiceNow.

  • Cultivates and demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of integrated business planning, manufacturing, procurement, facilities, warehouse management, transport management, and supplier collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications

  • SAP experience (architecting and delivering SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA solutions)

  • Demonstrated and comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end supply chain manufacturing (life sciences preferred)

  • Demonstrated understanding of system development in cloud environments, including Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)

  • High degree of comfort working with management and managing expectations in a fast paced, dynamic environment that comes with being part of a new product team

  • Ability to travel to West Chester, Ohio for on-site work as needed (less than 10% travel).

  • Available to work standard hours for the US Eastern time zone.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 7+ years of SAP experience (architecting and delivering SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA solutions)

  • Understanding of Life Sciences regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GxP); experience implementing SAP solutions with compliance considerations

  • Working knowledge of SAP Basis administration

Our target annualized base pay hiring range for this position is $140,000.00 - $192,500.00. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
