Overview

The Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for delivering a high level of expertise and proficiency in graphic design principles and tools as they pertain to our business and customers. As a Graphic Design Specialist, you are an original thinker who understands the importance of brand awareness and consistency. You will report to the Brand & Creative Marketing Manager to execute a wide range of marketing deliverables across both digital and print channels. Ultimately, you will ensure the brand is adequately promoted by delivering high-quality projects on tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce high-quality assets across all platforms to support marketing and sale efforts and generate qualified leads (including but not limited to digital ads, social media, website landing pages, PowerPoint decks, iconography, illustrations, email campaigns, event design, brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and merchandise).
  • Collaborate with content creators, executives, and key stakeholders to develop and implement design concepts that are in line with project and brand objectives. Refining and iterating designs based on feedback
  • Ensure designs across digital and print channels are in line with brand guidelines
  • Passion for functional and purposeful design that meets goals
  • To present concept visualizations through sketches, drawings, and illustrations
  • Follow standard file naming and folder structure to organize brand assets
  • Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Ability to take direction and turn around projects that need urgent attention

Qualifications

  • Mandatory: A portfolio showcasing projects you've helped ship that demonstrate a solid foundation in typography, visual design, and ideation
  • 3+ years of work experience as a Graphic or Brand Designer
  • A comprehensive understanding of design principles, and the ability to create sophisticated and innovative designs while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and overall quality
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to adapt to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Microsoft 365
  • Strong foundational skills in graphic design and typography and a keen eye for detail
  • A data-informed mindset to better understand the impact of your work on a broader audience
  • Approach challenges with a positive attitude and a customer-first perspective
  • Able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment
  • Basic knowledge of HubSpot, Jira and other digital management software
  • Proficiency in English
