About this role:
The MindBridge Product Management team is motivated by a desire to deliver innovative AI-based financial risk intelligence products to the market to help financial professionals transform risk management and deliver on our company goals. In support of these outcomes, the Product Management team engages in a number of projects ranging from discovery research to B2B software development in partnership with teams in Engineering, Data Science, as well stakeholders across the organization.
We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Product Management team and lead the program management to help deliver our product solutions to the market. This role is for a 12-month contract to provide coverage for a maternity leave.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead program management for a suite of cross-functional projects along the product development process from discovery to delivery including research projects and B2B software projects in partnership with Product Managers and the Product Leadership Team
- Define project goals, delivery plans, and project deliverables in partnership with Product Managers, R&D Leadership, and cross-functional project working groups
- Define and measure key project metrics in support of project goals
- Lead creation of required deliverables to support program and project-level management including: program status reports, project status reports, and project communication plans. For B2B software releases this includes managing the project related setup, tracking, and product backlog grooming in Jira Product Discovery / JIRA in partnership with Product Managers
- Lead a regular cadence of cross-functional project working group meetings and/or workshops in support of delivering project goals and deliverables
- Support cross-functional organizational readiness for product releases in partnership with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Client Service (GSO)
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, on scope, and within budget
- Manage proactive communications with relevant stakeholders from discovery through product launches or feature release
- Provide relevant, timely and easily consumable updates to all internal audiences
- Support the creation of frameworks, processes, and other deliverables needed to ensure the product management and product development processes are updated when needed and used in the delivery of projects
Your qualifications & requirements:
- Experience in business program and business project management in bringing complex software products and features to market
- Experience in B2B software product delivery
- Experience in working in the AI or Fintech industry (nice to have)
- Experience in Auditing, Accounting or Financial industry (nice to have)
- Experience with managing competing priorities, stakeholders, and projects
- Experience working with technical stakeholders
- Experienced with understanding the needs of the customer and translating that into planned project work
- Experience in supporting product management projects is essential
- Degree in relevant field: business, finance, marketing preferable
- PMP Project Management qualification
- Time-management and project management
- Ability to manage feedback from multiple parties
- Organized, adaptable, execution-oriented, and data-driven
- High energy, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with JIRA is required. Experience with Mural, Pendo, and Power BI is ideal
