Responsibilities:

• Train ML models to create hyperreal synthetic media, with a focus on generative models
• Run generative models on stills and video footage, optimizing for both
• implement and help develop pipelines to assist in curating and improving the generated data
• Experience using Stable Diffusion to generate photoreal results
• Experience with fine tuning 1.x & 2.x Stable Diffusion models on custom datasets
• Good understanding of dataset captioning, model training hyperparameters, and their effects on the model
• Good usage of settings, extensions, and prompting to achieve the desired results at inference
• Knowledge of ML models and general techniques to push the quality of results: improve temporal coherence, enhance detail, and correct artifacts.
• Work closely with the data team and broader creative team to integrate results in existing pipelines and create new ones
• Nurture datasets and know when to change data to push the quality of specific results
• Ability to train multiple models at once and keep on top of their processes
• Be critical about results. The high-quality output doesn’t mean a high level of facial likeness.
• Keep up to date with the latest models, extensions, and techniques. Implement, evaluate them, and present results to the team
• Bonus: knowledge of Python and Pytorch
• Bonus: previous professional experience with facial retouching work
