The company is seeking a General Manager to lead its expansion into the Latin American market. The role is focused on launching and scaling a product that achieves 30% month-over-month growth in net revenue. This is a hands-on, results-driven position requiring leadership in the following areas:

  1. Customer Acquisition
    • Define and deliver a product that achieves product-market fit.
    • Identify and secure key customers to meet aggressive growth targets.
  2. Product Development
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap.
    • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to bring the product vision to life.
  3. Operational Setup
    • Establish daily operations to support sustainable business growth.
    • Secure necessary licenses and partnerships to enable seamless business functionality.

Preferred Qualifications

Successful candidates are expected to have:

  • Strong Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the financial and regulatory ecosystem in Mexico, with a robust professional network. Ideally, 7+ years of experience in SaaS, Fintech, banking, or financial services.
  • P&L Expertise: Proven ability to manage profit and loss through leadership in product, sales, or related roles.
  • Adaptability and Drive: A willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and lead from the front in a dynamic environment.
