The company is seeking a General Manager to lead its expansion into the Latin American market. The role is focused on launching and scaling a product that achieves 30% month-over-month growth in net revenue. This is a hands-on, results-driven position requiring leadership in the following areas:
- Customer Acquisition
- Define and deliver a product that achieves product-market fit.
- Identify and secure key customers to meet aggressive growth targets.
- Product Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to bring the product vision to life.
- Operational Setup
- Establish daily operations to support sustainable business growth.
- Secure necessary licenses and partnerships to enable seamless business functionality.
Preferred Qualifications
Successful candidates are expected to have:
- Strong Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the financial and regulatory ecosystem in Mexico, with a robust professional network. Ideally, 7+ years of experience in SaaS, Fintech, banking, or financial services.
- P&L Expertise: Proven ability to manage profit and loss through leadership in product, sales, or related roles.
- Adaptability and Drive: A willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and lead from the front in a dynamic environment.
