With a mission to transform the business phone industry, they cater to over 20,000 customers worldwide, offering services such as payment processing, identity verification, and fraud prevention, and are recognized for their cutting-edge technology and Centaur status, with over $100M in annual recurring revenue.
This role focuses on leading the strategic direction for LATAM by managing partnerships with key software and channel providers, driving business development, and adapting strategies for key markets like Mexico, Colombia, and Chile. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure success, represent the company at industry events, and play a pivotal role in regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with integration providers and channel partners.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop tailored strategies for LATAM.
- Accelerate sales growth across target markets.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align objectives.
- Represent the company at events to strengthen visibility and relationships.
About You
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with experience in LATAM markets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, collaborative approach.
- Experience with channel partnerships or ecosystems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zendesk is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the SMB sector in Mexico, Colombia, and Chile.
