About the Role:
We are seeking an SDR to join an exciting, fast-growing global company as it expands into the LATAM region. As part of the expansion, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, establishing the companies presence in Mexico, and contributing to the overall success of the LATAM strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients from Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and other LATAM countries through chat and phone to assess their needs and determine their fit for the next stage of the sales process.
  • Collect essential insights about prospects to share with Account Executives in the LATAM region, helping secure deals and expanding customer base.
  • Work closely with the IBERIA/LATAM sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and unified communication across all markets.
  • Enhance your consultative sales expertise by learning from seasoned Account Executives and gaining hands-on experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Play a key role in growing presence in the LATAM region by driving lead generation efforts and supporting regional sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the LATAM market.
  • Background in B2B sales, preferably with an understanding of cloud-based platforms and SaaS.
  • Track record of success in driving sales, particularly in the SMB segment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams across different regions.
