About the Role:
We are seeking an Account Executive to join an exciting, fast-growing global company as it expands into the LATAM region. As part of the expansion, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, establishing the companys presence in Mexico, and contributing to the overall success of the LATAM strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales efforts in Mexico, focusing on generating new business and building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and position the companys product as the solution to enhance their customer communication and operational efficiency.
  • Drive the adoption of a cloud-based communication platform by strategically reaching out to SMBs, helping them improve productivity and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to execute the business strategy and support client needs.
  • Work closely with the sales leadership to meet and exceed revenue goals while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the market to identify new business opportunities and competitive insights.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the LATAM market.
  • Strong background in B2B sales, with an understanding of cloud-based platforms and SaaS.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales, particularly in the SMB segment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams across different regions.
