Responsibilities:
Coordinate and enhance workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and maximize productivity with operational excellence.
Ownership of processes and collaboration with Engineering, Product, etc.
Continually contribute to tech product developments based on operational data.
Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the operations team to achieve company wide goals and initiatives.

Requirements:
7+ years operational experience, preferably in a relevant industry (Hospitality,
High-end Warehouses, Property Management)
Proficient in operational, and planning and analysis.
Strong background in organizational development and personnel & stakeholder management.
C1 English level
