About the Role

We’re are looking to hire a Community Coordinator to support members of our Operator
Network. The Operator Network Community exists to enable and inspire future small business
Owner-Operators in America. The role will include a strong day-to-day presence on our
community platform, making sure members have a world class experience, and consistently
improving the overall membership experience through best in class communication and creative execution. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building world class community experiences and supporting the next generation of American business owners. This person will report directly to the Manager of Operator Development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication with our members (Operators) on our community
    platform and onboard new members.

  • Coordinate and facilitate weekly live workshops, events and office hours with our SMB
    Advisors and guest speakers.

  • Make sure community engagement is meeting standards and always getting stronger

  • Build strong relationships with our most active members and help them get the most
    value out of the Mainshares ecosystem.

  • Manage behind the scenes functionality of our community platform and report on
    community metrics and analytics.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles that required you to build authentic
    relationships and stay highly organized to succeed. (Community Management, Customer
    Success, Sales, etc.)

  • You are driven by mission and are more hardcore than most folks you’ve worked with.

  • You can write great copy that’s personalized to the individual and feel comfortable
    hosting a (digital) room of people.

  • You have a personal passion for community business models. You participate in online
    communities in your professional or personal life and value a great community
    experience.

  • You are comfortable taking learnings from boots on the ground work and implementing
    ideas to improve the status quo.

  • You are fine with hosting 1-2 online events in the evenings per week.

Nice-to-Have

  • Previous experience working on a world class community-based business.

  • You have the desire to own a business one day.
