About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and passionate teammate to further establish our World-Class Operator Development Program with the objective to produce the most elite future American Small Business Owners/Operators. This person must be able to extract and hone human grit, have an eye for best-in-class experiences and a passion for community building. This person will report directly to the Head of Operator Network.
There are two key functions of this role: Maintain a World-Class Operator Network Community and continuously develop a program that produces the very best future business owner/operators that will make Mainshares the center of gravity for investors, small business owners and Operators alike.
Responsibilities
Drive and manage the Operator Development Program through cohort establishment, curriculum curation and Advisor partnerships.
Lead in-person and online engagements for Operators and Advisors with the objective to extract grit, educate and refine. These sessions may be everything from highly-immersive Team Building to a deep-dive on SMB financial models.
Work hand-in-hand with the Head Of Operator Network to keep Advisors engaged and incentivized.
Plan and manage Operator Network Experience roadmap that articulate monthly and quarterly objectives
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in instructional design, human development or experience immersion programming. A Builder (0 to 1).
Creative thinker with a strong lean for execution. Just don’t think of good ideas, make them happen.
You are driven by mission, proven Leader and are more hardcore than most folks you’ve worked with.
Very comfortable with running in-person and online events - Capable of running point of these initiatives in the early days

You’ve read Buy Then Build.
You have previous small business experience.
