Who We Are Looking For

We're searching for a highly driven, detail-oriented, and experienced remodeling or construction expert who possesses the entrepreneurial spirit to lead and significantly grow this services business. This role requires a hands-on approach to strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership.

Essential Qualifications

• Industry Leadership: 10+ years of professional experience including in the residential remodeling or construction industry, with a proven track record of managing and scaling bathroom renovation projects.

• Operational Excellence: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with all aspects of bathroom remodeling projects, including demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, tile work, fixture installation, and finishing.

• Project Management Acumen: Demonstrated success in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Business Development & Sales: Proven experience in client consultation, estimating, proposal writing, and a strong ability to identify and capitalize on new project opportunities and client relationships.

• Team Leadership: Experience leading and motivating a team of skilled trades professionals, fostering a productive work environment, and ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and customer service.

• Financial & Business Management: Significant experience in small business management, including budgeting, financial analysis, P&L responsibility, and strategic planning to maximize profitability.

• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of various remodeling materials, tools, safety protocols, and industry best practices for bathroom renovations.

• Regulatory Understanding: A solid understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and licensing requirements relevant to residential remodeling in Dothan, AL.
