We are searching for a full-time Painting Services General Manager to serve as the General Manager for one of our pending acquisitions, a well-established company offering interior and exterior residential and commercial painting services, with crews performing the labor directly. The company is located in Jackson, WY.

Who Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented leader who can take charge of our well-established residential and commercial painting services company.

Our General Manager will typically work from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with on-call and weekend hours based on customer and team needs.

What Are The Requirements?

• 10+ years of experience as a skilled tradesperson in the interior and exterior painting industry, covering both residential and commercial projects.

• Experience running and training crews of painters, ensuring high-quality application, surface preparation, and adherence to safety standards.

• Experience in painting service sales and upselling to residential and commercial customers, including estimating, proposal writing, and client relationship management.

• Experience in painting business management, including budgeting, scheduling, materials procurement, quality control, and direct labor oversight.

• Strong knowledge of various paint types, finishes, application techniques, surface preparation requirements, and industry best practices.

• Understanding of local building codes and safety regulations relevant to painting operations in Jackson, WY.
