Luna Physical Therapy is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills and audit experience, ideally within multi-state healthcare organizations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, operational efficiency, and compliance as we continue to scale nationally. If you excel in fast-paced environments and bring hands-on experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial analysis — we’d love to hear from you.
How you will have an impact
- Collect data, interpret information, analyze data and prepare reports from various applications
- Collecting, analyzing, recording and reporting financial data
- Own the monthly close process, including financial reporting and analysis
- Prepare and upload revenue and COGS journal entries in NetSuite
- Reconcile revenue and accounts receivable accounts
- Track, maintain, and process timely payment of local taxes
- Perform daily cash flow reconciliations
- Conduct internal audits
- Coordinate and prepare schedules for various audits
- Process accounts payable payments via ACH and bank wire
- Analyze the unapplied cash account monthly
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis

What you can offer Luna
- 5+ years of experience in general accounting and financial analysis
- CPA preferred
- Multi-location or healthcare accounting experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting across departments
- Proficient in Excel; experience with NetSuite and system implementations a plus
