Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume inbound calls, assisting patients with registration, scheduling, and rescheduling appointments.
  • Ensure accurate record management by collecting and communicating necessary patient information, including insurance details, patient history, and appointment policies.
  • Proactively handle outbound calls and emails to engage patient leads and follow up on inquiries.
  • Screen and coordinate telephone calls from healthcare providers, ensuring efficient communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism and empathy with every patient interaction.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of office administration experience required.
  • Call/contact center experience or high call volume work preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and scheduling platforms.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy.
  • Weekend availability preferred.
