Now, we’re looking for an experienced accounting and finance professional to join our rapidly growing team.
As a Senior Financial Analyst and reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll be a key player in our monthly financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and providing strategic insights to our leadership and investors. With at least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, along with strong skills in Excel, Tableau, financial analysis, GAAP, and data management, you’ll have the opportunity to drive growth and improve efficiencies across the business.
How you will have an impact
- Monthly financial reporting and analysis of business performance
- Development of the annual budget and interim financial forecasts
- Assisting with cash management functions, including maintaining cash flow forecasts
- Preparing financial and operating materials for quarterly Board of Directors meetings and external investor reviews
- Recommending process improvements for financial reporting and utilizing visual data analytics platform (Tableau), forecasting and budgeting tools
- Supporting leadership with financial modeling to drive functional lines of business in accordance with company goals

What you can offer Luna
- A minimum of 5 years of combined general accounting and financial analysis experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- A strong working knowledge of Excel and Tableau
- Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting and budgeting software
- The ability to quickly aggregate and analyze large volumes of data
- Tenacity and a self-starting attitude; able to work with multiple systems
- Preferred experience in a startup company
- Strongly preferred multi-entity or national experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- System implementation experience is preferred
- Healthcare experience is helpful
- A CFA designation is preferred
