In this position, you'll implement strategies to ensure therapist satisfaction and long-term retention starting from their very first day. By working with internal teams, you'll help streamline processes, boost efficiency, advocate for therapist-centric features, and enhance the overall onboarding journey.

How you'll have an impact

  • Serve as the main contact for therapists, providing personalized support from agreement signing to platform activation.
  • Understand the complete onboarding process, including region-specific and state-specific requirements.
  • Use the Luna therapist app and other tech platforms to facilitate onboarding and provide necessary resources.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Credentialing, Therapist Success, and other teams to expedite onboarding and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency gains.
  • Mentor junior associates to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Commit to continuous learning and stay updated on industry trends and platform updates.

Skills & Qualifications poised for success!

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare or technology, focusing on onboarding or customer success.
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare credentialing, especially for telehealth or remote therapy services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with diverse therapists.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with experience managing complex workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with technology platforms and software applications, and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • This is a great role for a physical therapist or physical therapy assistant looking to make a transition to a non-clinical or corporate position
