Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and ensure all business operations comply with current Vietnamese laws and regulations (Enterprise Law, Labor Law, Tax Law, E-commerce Law, Cosmetics Law, and Medical Device regulations).
  • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate legal risks across all company operations — including advertising, promotions, sales channels, and cross-border transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate all types of contracts: commercial agreements, distribution contracts, employment contracts, service agreements (domestic & international).
  • Develop, update, and enforce internal company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and reduce operational risk.
  • Oversee and support tax compliance matters: corporate income tax (CIT), value-added tax (VAT), personal income tax (PIT), and transfer pricing documentation.
  • Advise HR/People team on labor law compliance: employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, terminations, social insurance, and union-related matters.
  • Handle business registration, product licensing, cosmetic notifications, import/export permits, and other regulatory filings.
  • Liaise with government authorities, regulators, and external legal counsel when required.
  • Provide legal training to internal teams to raise compliance awareness.
  • Support Group (Global) expansion projects with legal due diligence and cross-border legal structuring.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree or above in Law (LLB/LLM). Bar membership is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of in-house legal experience, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, cosmetics, or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong expertise in: Enterprise Law, Labor Law, Tax Law, E- commerce Law, Cosmetics/Medical Device regulations.
  • Hands-on experience in managing corporate compliance, internal policies, and legal risk management.
  • Experience working in companies with regional/global operations (Group structure) is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in English — both written and spoken (legal document review and negotiation).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under
    pressure.
  • Experience using AI tools or legaltech in daily work is a strong plus.
