Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.
The Commercial Sr. Manager/ Director is fully accountable for revenue growth, profitability, and commercial execution in the several markets across all brands and sales channels.
This role owns end-to-end commercial performance across DTC (own e-commerce platform), marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), social commerce, offline retail, and wholesale, ensuring strong sales growth while maintaining healthy margins, inventory discipline, and brand consistency
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
The Commercial Director ensures that strong brands and products translate into profitable, scalable revenue in the domestic market, forming the foundation for future regional or global expansion.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Revenue & P&L Ownership (Vietnam)
- Own Vietnam revenue targets and contribution margin across all brands and channels.
- Build and execute annual and quarterly commercial plans for Vietnam.
- Translate brand strategy into revenue-driving commercial execution.
- Own pricing strategy, promotion mechanics, and discount governance for Vietnam.
2. Omnichannel Sales Management (Vietnam)
Own and optimize performance across:
- Owned e-commerce platform (DTC Vietnam)
- Marketplaces: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop
- Social commerce & livestream
- Offline retail & wholesale (Vietnam)
Ensure pricing & promotion consistency, brand integrity, and channel-specific optimization while preventing channel conflict.
3. E-commerce & Marketplace Performance (Vietnam)
- Drive DTC performance: traffic conversion, AOV, repeat purchase, retention.
- Lead platform-specific commercial strategy for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop.
- Optimize platform promotions, vouchers, ads ROI, and commission structures.
- Manage major Vietnam commercial events (Mega Days, Brand Days, campaigns, GWP).
4. Promotion & Pricing Governance
- Design scalable promotion calendars and campaign mechanics.
- Automate and control discount depth and frequency to protect margin and brand value.
- Evaluate promotion ROI and adjust strategy accordingly, heavily leverage automation
- Coordinate pricing across DTC, marketplace, and retail channels.
5. Demand Planning & Inventory Alignment
- Own, automate sales forecasting and demand planning for Vietnam.
- Work closely with Operations to align inventory, production, and promotions.
- Minimize stock-outs, overstocks, and markdown risks.
6. Data, Analytics & Performance Management
- Build and maintain all Vietnam commercial dashboards by brand, channel, and SKU.
- Track weekly/monthly KPIs and take corrective actions quickly.
- Analyze sell-through, inventory turns, margin, and channel mix.
- Present Vietnam commercial performance clearly to leadership.
7. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Lead and develop Vietnam commercial, sales, and channel teams.
- Partner closely with Brand Directors to balance growth and brand equity.
- Align with Marketing on campaigns, launches, and performance goals.
Work with Product Development on assortment, pricing, and launch readiness. - Collaborate with Finance on margin, cost, and profitability management.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–7+ years of commercial, sales, or revenue leadership experience in Vietnam
- Strong experience managing e-commerce and marketplaces in Vietnam
- Proven ownership of revenue and P&L
- Solid understanding of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop mechanics
- Data-driven, commercially minded, and execution-focused
- Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills
