Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Product Launches & Campaigns:
- Develop and execute launch strategies for new products, encompassing pre-launch hype, social media engagement, public relations, and influencer marketing.
- Collaborate in refining product positioning and messaging across diverse target audiences and marketing channels.
- Go-to-Market Campaign Support:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and existing product updates.
- Create compelling campaign materials, including presentations, brochures, website content, and email marketing templates.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Content & PR Management:
- Create engaging content, including scripts for TikTok/Reels/Campaigns/Events/Livestreams, to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies across various channels, including website copy, social media content, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with designers, creative team members, and freelancers to produce high-quality content materials.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, proactively suggesting improvements to enhance communication strategies.
- Participate in product photography and beauty shoots.
- Edit content (text and visuals) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Manage the quality of content across all social channels, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and effective brand messaging.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key opinion customers (KOCs).
- Utilize various channels to optimize campaign reach and maximize success.
- Seeding & Crisis Management:
- Conceptualize and execute detailed seeding plans for new product launch campaigns.
- Collaborate with agencies, review content, and manage the entire seeding process.
- Handle and resolve any potential communication crises.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.
