Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be working alongside our creative team in the conceptualization, design and development of creative content for all marketing initiatives. You will assist in creating a strong visual presence for the company across all platforms. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but other duties may be assigned.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and execute layouts/marketing assets for homepage features, landing pages, digital marketing, social media, site banners, packaging, product labels, newsletters, mobile, email blasts, etc.
- Implement HTML coding when necessary for homepage features and email blasts.
- Producing and editing imagery and videography.
- Create and design digital assets for the ecommerce platform, including banners, product images, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute creative concepts.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all channels.
- Optimize existing graphics for improved performance and user engagement.
- Stay updated on current design trends and ecommerce best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design / Web Design.
- Background in creative fields such as fashion, beauty or advertising.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required.
- 1-2 years of graphic design experience required.
- Previous video editing experience preferred.
- Previous experience in working with numerous design platforms and email campaigns.
- Strong conceptual thinking and able to take projects from conception to finished design.
- Ability to solve design challenges with creativity, efficiency and precision.
- Ability to consistently execute with excellence and constantly work on improving design skills.
- Great communication and organization skills, strong multitasking ability, detail-oriented and flexible.
