Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for affordable luxury brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive Overall E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to achieve ambitious sales targets and optimize brand performance across all online platforms.
  • Manage Key Account Relationships: Build strong relationships with key e-commerce platforms (Shopee,Tiki) and negotiate strategic partnerships to drive growth and market share.
  • Optimize Brand Presence: Implement Lixibox’s "ePICOS" (e-Picture of Success) strategy to optimize product availability, affordability, visibility, placement, and promotions across all platforms.
  • Lead Marketing Campaigns: Execute marketing campaigns for sales & promotions, product launches, foot traffic to stores, and branding initiatives, both online and offline.
  • Manage E-commerce & Ad Teams: Lead and guide a dedicated team of e-commerce specialists and ad managers, overseeing all online and offline campaign activities, ad spending on Facebook, Google, and Apple, and ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Analyze & Report Performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all e-commerce channels, including website traffic, app usage, social media engagement, sales revenue, and customer satisfaction. Provide regular internal reports and insights.
  • Develop Product Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with merchandising and creative teams to develop and implement product marketing strategies, including pricing, advertising, and product launch campaigns, to maximize revenue and drive brand loyalty.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including BI, merchandising, creative, and communication, to ensure smooth implementation of e-commerce strategies and initiatives.
  • Drive Innovation & Experimentation: Continuously explore and test new business models, portfolios, consumer engagement strategies, and marketing tactics to unlock new growth opportunities.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the beauty & personal care industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving ambitious growth targets in online marketplaces.
  • Experience with managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in budget management and maximizing ROI on advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market and consumer behavior.
