Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.

Purpose And Mission: Driving revenue growth and achieving KPI targets for Lixibox in the Vietnamese market. This role will oversee the Revenue teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution of strategic initiatives. The Commercial Director will be a key member of the leadership team, contributing to the overall business strategy and driving the company‘s success in Vietnam.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Vietnam, aligning with the overall company objectives and vision.
  • Lead and manage the Revenue and Inventory teams, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue, market share, and profitability.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage the budget and resources allocated to commercial activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies.
  • Report regularly to the CEO on performance, progress, and key challenges.
  • Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, including unit economics such as sales, margins, performance marketing, marketing sell-in/sell-out margin, delivery percentage, employee cost by channel, and listing fees.
  • Coordinating to perform other tasks as requested by the Line Manager.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, preferably in retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving KPI targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
