About Lighten
Lighten envisions a future where clinical data drives the next generation of breakthroughs in human health — from uncovering personalized treatment insights, to accelerating drug discovery, to driving adoption of innovative therapies.
We build AI-native software platforms that transform raw clinical data into the highest-quality patient journeys, accelerating evidence generation for R&D and bringing life-saving therapies to market faster. We partner with life sciences and healthcare organizations to help them deliver on their mission for the patients they serve.
We offer competitive salary and employee equity options, 3% company-sponsored 401k contributions, and comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance for employees and their families.
What you'll do
Own your number. Run full-cycle enterprise deals, from first touch to signed contract. Bring existing relationships in RWE, HEOR, medical affairs, and commercial organizations, and build new ones through the industry circuit.
Sharpen the playbook. Contribute to how we position, price, and package — you'll inherit a working motion and be expected to improve it, not just execute it.
Be the voice of the customer. Work closely with product and engineering, bringing direct market feedback so our roadmap stays aligned to what customers actually need.
Represent Lighten. Build our presence in the RWE/HEOR community through conferences, industry forums, and relationships that compound over time.
