As our Partner Enablement Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in enabling the channel ecosystem of sales and marketing agencies, resellers and tech partners, and consultants to successfully go to market with Landbase. You'll work closely with our Senior Partnerships Manager to build onboarding, training, and ongoing support programs that help partners ramp faster, close more deals, and grow with us. This role will be measured on revenue targets generated from the channel ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain scalable onboarding and training programs for partners on various topics, including product knowledge, sales strategies, and best practices
Develop engaging and informative training materials, including presentations, guides, and online resources.
Guide new partners through the onboarding process, delivering 1:1 and group training sessions to help partners activate quickly
Develop and manage a library of sales enablement and GTM content (decks, scripts, one-pagers, etc.)
Deliver 1:1 and group training sessions to help partners activate quickly
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver what partners need to succeedTrack partner engagement and success metrics to optimize enablement efforts, using data and analytics to inform training and enablement strategies.
Support partner marketing initiatives including webinars, certifications, and resource hubs
Maintain clear and consistent communication with partners, keeping them informed about new products, updates, and relevant information. Provide ongoing support to partners, addressing their questions and concerns, and offering guidance as needed.
Continuously seeking opportunities to improve partner enablement processes and workflows with AI, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in Partner Enablement is required, ideally with an MSP or agency.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data-driven solutions.
Familiarity with go-to-market tools and strategies for B2B.
Experience working with or supporting agencies or channel/reseller partners
Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation
Self-starter mindset and passion for building systems and content from scratch
Bonus: Familiarity with partner platforms
