About the role
The Ladder Business Development Operations team is seeking a BD Operations Manager to help drive BD operations and strategy, particularly data-driven insights. You will be responsible for helping to make our partner engine “go”!

How you'll make a difference
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and deliver reporting to senior management, including forecasting
- Provide and coordinate cross-functional support of BD initiatives across Product, Legal, Compliance, and others
- Build performance management and tracking tools at the function and contributor levels
Who you are
- BA/BS degree with 5+ years experience in consulting, business development, sales operations, business operations or account management
- Analytical ability to deliver impactful insights, manage reporting, etc and a high level of comfort with data
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Self-starter and hardworking, with a track record of success and drive for achievement
- Experienced at working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in managing and influencing external relationships, including with senior stakeholders
- Proficient with Excel at minimum, SQL a plus
- A team player, quick thinker, and a fast learner

The base pay range targeted for this position is $127,000 - $150,000. This role is eligible for equity and benefits as shared above. Base pay is determined by market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
