Our Marketing team is committed to building the Karat brand and long-term value of the business in order to help achieve revenue and margin targets.

What you will do

As Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will focus solely on regional growth within India, delivering Marketing growth programs for new business and customer expansion in this area. You will partner closely with the Company’s India-based GTM and Product Marketing teams to deliver against new logo and bookings targets. You will develop and execute full-funnel, integrated marketing programs to drive market awareness, new meetings, pipeline acceleration, and customer expansion in enterprise-size organizations across the region. This role is very hands-on and will start as a team of one.

We are looking to hire this position out of Bengaluru, India. Working hours will predominantly be in local country timezones once successful onboarding is complete (approximately 30 to 60 days). There will be required internal meetings that align with time zones in the U.S.

  • Regional Demand Generation Strategy: build strategy and execute full-funnel, integrated marketing programs in the India region to increase the Company’s brand awareness and market share. Develop a program calendar the Company can align to. Forecast and develop clear and measurable KPIs that can be tracked on a regular basis.
  • Market Insights: develop a clear ICP and target personas in partnership with the Company’s Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations teams. Build out a regional database on contacts and leads in our target accounts.
  • Field Marketing: develop and execute a field marketing strategy including local round-table events, lunch-and-learns, sponsored conferences, and hosted or sponsored webinars. Collaborate with leadership teams for executive visits to the region to capitalize on in-person meetings.
  • Content Marketing: develop a content strategy to create insightful and relevant content for the Company’s regional target audience in the form of blog posts, guides, reports, white papers, landing pages, and webinar content. Collaborate with copy-writing, Product Marketing, and Communications teams to support execution.
  • Digital Marketing: build and execute on a digital marketing strategy that leverages advertising channels, content syndication, email marketing, social media, and Karat’s website to increase awareness and conversions.

The experience you will bring

  • 5+ years owning and managing demand generation campaigns and programs strategy and execution at a B2B organization targeting enterprise decision-makers in India.
  • High proficiency with martech,, including HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Qualified, and more. Experience with Mutiny and Gong is a bonus.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with owning and delivering on KPIs.
  • Experience running a rhythm of business that drives visibility, accountability, and performance.
  • Track record of synthesizing data and insights for consumption across all levels of audiences.
  • Track record of successfully partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver on aggressive growth targets.
  • Growth mindset and an expectation that the role will evolve and grow.
