Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Client Delivery Intern to support customer software migrations. The Client Delivery intern will play a key role in helping transition our existing customers to the latest version of our software. This role involves manual data entry, meticulous matching of account settings and content, and ensuring accuracy during the migration process. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, the ability to work independently. Any knowledge of email configuration, DNS records, and handling geoJSON files is a helpful bonus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manually enter and validate customer data to ensure a smooth transition from the old platform to the new version.
- Compare and match settings, such as email configurations and newsletter templates, between old and new customer accounts.
- Work with a WYSIWYG editor to recreate and optimize newsletter templates.
- Pull geoJSON files from government websites to assist with geographic data handling.
- Review and update DNS records as necessary for customer configurations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any issues or discrepancies during the migration process.
- Maintain organized records of each migration to ensure accountability and traceability.
- Provide regular progress reports to the project manager assigned to each project.
- Stay focused during long periods of repetitive work while maintaining high accuracy.
- Ensure all customer data is handled carefully and confidentially.
- Provide ad-hoc support for members of the Client Delivery team
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in manual data entry.
- Ability to follow complex processes without oversight and maintain focus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a self-starter attitude.
- High integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data migration or similar projects.
- Familiarity with email configuration and newsletter template design (experience with WYSIWYG editors preferred).
- Experience pulling geoJSON files from government or similar websites.
- General knowledge of DNS records and their configurations.
- Interest in learning about startups & software companies

Additional Details:
- Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in the United States)
- Job Type: Part-Time Contractor (20 hrs per week)
- Length: 6 month internship with opportunity for extension
- Pay Rate: $15/hour
