In this role as a Global Partner Program Manager at Illumio, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive global partner program strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.

Everyday, you will cultivate and maintain relationships with various partner types, collaborate cross-functionally to operationalize the program, and design and optimize initiatives to maximize partner engagement and revenue generation.

To thrive in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree, over 5 years of proven experience in global partner program management within the technology sector, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive results in a collaborative environment using proficient project management tools.

As a Global Partner Program Manager at Illumio, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our strategic partnerships worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology trends, a proven track record in partner management, and the ability to drive collaborative initiatives to foster mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Global Partner Program Strategy:

  • Devise and implement a comprehensive global partner program strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

  • The program has to meet the needs of multiple partner types (VAR, GSI, MSP, Tech alliances)

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring our program is compelling to our partners and evolves with the business.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program is understood, operational and measurable.

Program Development and Optimization:

  • Design and optimize partner programs to maximize partner engagement, satisfaction, and revenue generation.

  • Create and implement training programs and resources for partners to enhance their product knowledge and go-to-market capabilities.

  • Create processes to make it easy to onboard partners

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • Organize regular meetings, workshops, and events to foster collaboration and information exchange.

  • Work with marketing organization to ensure we have compelling materials to market our program benefits and requirements.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Work with sales ops to implement an annual or semi-annual program compliance review.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the global partner program.

  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on the performance of the partner ecosystem.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for partnerships.

  • Conduct market research to assess the evolving needs of partners and recommend adjustments to the program accordingly.

Program Development and Optimization:

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in global partner program management within the technology sector.

  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.

  • Proficient in project management and use of relevant tools/software.

Pay Range:

$ 133,000.00USD - $ 160,000.00USD

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
