In this role, you will need an understanding of the Southern Region (France, Spain, Italy) Cybersecurity market and have deep understanding of both direct and partner marketing. You must be able to work with strong and varied personalities and be comfortable with a US based company culture.
Everyday you will be communicating and collaborating with the Southern sales and channel teams, and partners while executing marketing programs and campaigns.
To thrive in this role you must know the Southern Region Cybersecurity Market (France, Spain, Italy) and have deep experience in field and partner marketing.

Are you a strategic, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment? The EMEA Field & Channel Marketing Team is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a focus on lead generation and market awareness to help build our sales pipeline. This person will take responsibility for the execution and success of our marketing programs (direct and through partner) in our Southern Europe region. The right candidate will be experienced in both field and channel marketing, with a solid understanding of the end-to-end marketing funnel, B2B sales cycles, and all aspects of marketing campaigns and marketing technologies. This role Is a high impact, visible role that will be responsible for creating, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns in the region to assist in generating net-new opportunities and drive opportunities from open to closed/won.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the prescriptive regional marketing plan and strategy: Create brand awareness and aggressively contribute to pipeline and revenue
Develop and implement the partner marketing strategy for the region.
Execute measurable integrated campaigns, demand generation programs, and events that drive demand across the buyer’s journey
Own metrics for success in your region: Track, measure, follow-up of every program
Create impactful account-based marketing campaigns
Working with channel marketing and the channel account managers, co-develop marketing plans and activities with key regional partners to deliver pipeline
Collaborate with the ADR and SDR teams and leadership to create programs that contribute to “meetings booked” success.
Work cross functionally with internal teams including demand generation, marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, inside sales, finance, etc.
Conduct Campaign analysis and reporting on marketing KPIs across the buyers’ journey, and make data-centric recommendations to increase pipeline and revenue
Develop and manage your regional budget
Experience:
6+ years of B2B marketing experience; security and SaaS experience preferred
Proven track record of overseeing Regional Marketing including developing supporting visions, plans and strategy
Fluent in French and English, Spanish a plus
In-depth background with executing integrated marketing campaigns, demand generation programs and events that drive leads, pipeline, and revenue for both direct and through partner sales
Experienced at supporting and partnering with sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
Excellent communicator and team player
Must have a strong background with tracking, analysis, and reporting effectiveness of marketing plans and initiatives supporting within region
Work within a fast and complex environment
Budget development and management
Bachelor’s Degree; Marketing or related preferred
