Ikigai Product Org

The Ikigai product org will be split into three ownership areas:

  • Platform: the goal of this org is to build and instrument the Ikigai platform so that it can support all semi-technical builders to build powerful end-to-end AI apps and deploy them successfully within their enterprises
  • Apps: the goal of this org is to build and instrument individual verticalized apps that can be sold in a B2B way into enterprises
  • Academy: the goal of this org is to support the sales motion at the beginning and then support the platform in the future - to enable the next wave of Ikigai AI builders

We’re looking for a designer to support primarily platform and apps.

Apps PM Role

The platform & apps design role  is responsible for working with the head of product to:

  • Platform
    • Create Figma component library
    • Maintain and extend the Figma component library
    • Think through & design platform features
  • App
    • Create Figma component library
    • Maintain and extend the Figma component library
    • Design compelling end-to-end apps that can be used by business users

Responsibilities

  • Work with product to turn specs into compelling wireframes / mocks
  • Work across both platform & apps to image & create mocks / designs
  • Think from a user-empathetic perspective and come up with innovative and creative ways to take users through a relatively complex project
  • Work with engineers to create mocks that engineers can implement & build
  • Answer any design questions that engineers come up with during implementation phase
