Ikigai Product Org

The Ikigai product org will be split into three ownership areas:

• Platform: the goal of this org is to build and instrument the Ikigai platform so that it can support all semi-technical builders to build powerful end-to-end AI apps and deploy them successfully within their enterprises
• Apps: the goal of this org is to build and instrument individual verticalized apps that can be sold in a B2B way into enterprises
• Academy: the goal of this org is to support the sales motion at the beginning and then support the platform in the future - to enable the next wave of Ikigai AI builders
• ML: the goal of this organization is to take foundation research from our own IP and other research groups and bring them into the Ikigai platform

Apps PM Role

The PM role is responsible for working with customers and the internal team to:

• Talk to customers
• Collect requirements
• Document specs & make product decisions
• To participate in the building of the MVP
• To launch the product with customers
• To collect feedback on the products

The goal here is to enable an enterprise B2B sales motion through “appification.” We have to enable and build these apps on the Ikigai platform, tool them to be enterprise ready, and then sell them as individual apps into enterprises.
