We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our expansion in our target sectors of Automotive, Aerospace and Space. We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with an experience of working in commercial or customer-focussed roles within the composites industry. The ideal candidate has already formed lasting relationships within the industry and will be able to lever-age this network to create new opportunities.

What will you be doing? 🤔

• Close consultation with customers to identify applications which can be transformed by iCOMAT’s technology, focusing on light-weighting, performance, cost and sustainability
• Grow accounts by creating long-lasting partnerships through excellent communication and industry knowledge
• Identifying and interacting with customers in the UK and Europe

What do we need from you? 💪

• Demonstrable ability to forge lasting relationships with customers within the composites industry
• Support the creation or proposals and quotations
• Highly organised and efficient individual
• Ability to travel to client sites when necessary

We’ve completed multiple technology validation programmes (with the European Space Agency, Airbus, Jaguar Land Rover, BAE Systems, F1 Teams) and are in the process of executing on the first production opportunities with leading OEMs. We’re edging towards becoming a significant scale-up with growth plans that will see the business multiply in size over the next 2-3 years and expand operations into Europe and the US! 📈
