We are looking for a Senior Engineering Project Manager that can manage multiple projects simultaneously. The projects range from multi-partner Innovate UK (IUK) projects to single yet complex customer contracts in automotive, aerospace and space industries. We need someone that takes great pride on being detail-focussed and in ensuring projects are delivered on time and achieve all of the milestones and deliverables.

What will you be doing? 🤔

• Manage multiple projects for part production
• Lead on developing and implementing efficient project management processes
• Take ownership of a contract through to delivery
• Communicate progress and risks to all key internal and external stakeholders, along with corrective measures
• Supply chain management (including BOMs)
• Support the commercial team in forming highly competitive proposals

What do we need from you? 💪

• We appreciate relevant engineering qualifications, but we equally value practical hands on technical project management skills.

• Exceptional Office 365 skills, particularly Project, Excel & PowerPoint
• A track record of successfully managing IUK projects would be highly advantageous
• Strong attention to detail

We’ve completed multiple technology validation programmes (with the European Space Agency, Airbus, Jaguar Land Rover, BAE Systems, F1 Teams) and are in the process of executing on the first production opportunities with leading OEMs. We’re edging towards becoming a significant scale-up with growth plans that will see the business multiply in size over the next 2-3 years and expand operations into Europe and the US! 📈
