The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in attracting and acquiring top talent to our growth plans. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting for engineering and manufacturing roles and a passion for finding the best talent to drive organizational success.

What will you be doing? 🤔

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top engineering and manufacturing talent to the organization.
• Form strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment plans to meet hiring goals.
• Use innovative ways to source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Enhance our employer brand through online content and in-person events
• Screen CV's, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technology.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and candidate assessment.
• Lead and mentor junior members of the talent acquisition team, providing coaching and development opportunities.

What do we need from you? 💪

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 3 years of experience recruiting for engineering and manufacturing roles.
• Proven track record of success in sourcing and acquiring top talent in competitive markets.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in recruitment technology and applicant tracking systems.
• Passion for talent acquisition and a genuine interest in finding the best talent to drive organizational success.

We’ve completed multiple technology validation programmes (with the European Space Agency, Airbus, Jaguar Land Rover, BAE Systems, F1 Teams) and are in the process of executing on the first production opportunities with leading OEMs. We’re edging towards becoming a significant scale-up with growth plans that will see the business multiply in size over the next 2-3 years and expand operations into Europe and the US! 📈
