Hello Patient is seeking a Solutions Lead to partner closely with our healthcare customers and own technical delivery from signature through go-live. In this role, you’ll serve as the “quarterback” for each deployment—driving technical scoping, project planning, and cross-functional execution across a pod that includes Sales, Engineering, Conversational Design, and Customer Success.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can translate real-world workflows into clear requirements, and brings strong technical intuition around APIs, integrations, and system configuration. You won’t be expected to write production application code, but you should be comfortable reading API specs, reasoning through integration patterns, troubleshooting end-to-end, and using SQL for investigation and validation when needed.
Responsibilities
Own signature-to-go-live delivery for new customer implementations, including project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk management.
Act as the implementation “quarterback” across a cross-functional pod—aligning stakeholders with progress and updates
Partner with Sales on later-stage opportunities by supporting technical discovery and scoping, ensuring accurate expectations and clean handoffs
Lead discovery and implementation planning by translating customer workflows into: configuration vs. integration vs. custom vs. out-of-scope.
Serve as the point person for technical decision-making during implementation—sequencing work, identifying critical paths, and resolving blockers with urgency.
Collaborate closely with Customer Engineering and Conversational Design to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality execution.
Use tools such as APIs, logs, configurations, and SQL to investigate issues, validate behavior, and support troubleshooting as needed.
Build and maintain implementation documentation (requirements docs, runbooks, checklists) to improve repeatability and scale delivery.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
Strong understanding of APIs and integration patterns, including ability to read documentation/specs and reason through feasibility and implementation approach.
Demonstrated ability to drive ambiguous technical projects to completion, including scoping, planning, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.
High ownership, strong judgment, and exceptional follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable managing multiple implementations at once and adapting quickly as priorities shift.
Nice to Have
Experience at an applied AI company where AI/agent workflows were deployed into real customer environments.
Familiarity with modern voice and telephony tooling (e.g., ElevenLabs, Telnyx).
Healthcare workflow familiarity.
Comfort using SQL for investigation/validation.

Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary of $140K–$200K and generous equity in a fast-growing healthtech startup.
