About The Role

Hello Patient is hiring a driven Account Executive to help expand our footprint across the veterinary market. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—selling an AI-powered communication platform that’s transforming how providers connect with their patients.

In this role, you’ll build relationships with multi-location practices, identify growth opportunities, and drive adoption of a product already trusted by thousands of healthcare organizations nationwide. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, travel to industry events, and play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments and loves building something from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiations, and close

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities

  • Drive revenue across assigned territories (veterinary practices)

  • Develop relationships with decision-makers, practice owners, and group administrator

  • Travel as needed for conferences, trade shows, and client meetings

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and implementation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

  • Consistently exceed sales quotas and performance metrics

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably within the veterinary industry

  • Proven success hitting or exceeding quota in a commission-driven environment

  • Strong hunter mentality and self-starter attitude—comfortable working autonomously

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills

  • Experience selling to multi-location groups or regional networks is a plus

Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $150K–$175K plus uncapped commissions (OTE ~$250K), with a 10% commission on all closed deals and generous equity in a fast-growing healthtech startup.
