Job Description:

Halo Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Recruiter specializing in Operations and Manufacturing to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. As a key player in our recruitment strategy, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our rapid growth in the semiconductor industry. This role is integral to ensuring that we build a skilled workforce capable of driving innovation in operations and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from interview scheduling to candidate onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Utilize metrics to track recruiting effectiveness and continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and refine job descriptions, recruitment marketing materials, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment, particularly in the operations and manufacturing sectors.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Operations and Manufacturing roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions at various levels within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the operations and manufacturing landscape, including key skills and qualifications necessary for success.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software for efficient recruiting and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment effectively.
  • A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and a strong sense of urgency in meeting hiring goals.

Salary Range: $50-60 USD per hour
