Halo is now planning its volume manufacturing operations and building a passionate team to meet its next milestone of deploying the company’s first fully integrated production line. The Opportunity
As Halo Industries transitions from pilot production to full-scale production, we seek an accomplished Senior Technical Program Manager to spearhead the development and deployment of our cutting-edge material slicing production tooling. This pivotal role offers the chance to shape and implement project management methodologies, driving Halo towards its next milestone of deploying the company’s first fully integrated production line. With ample funding, strategic partnerships, and a dynamic team, Halo is primed for rapid growth in operational efficiency, revenue, and market valuation.
Role and Responsibilities:
The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead the development and deployment of Halo Industries’ material slicing production tooling, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and milestones. Responsibilities include:
- Translate Strategic Objectives into Actionable Plans:
- Utilize the company's strategic roadmap to develop comprehensive program plans
- Establish program organization and allocate resources effectively
- Define clear timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
- Actively Manage Program Cross-department Execution:
- Allocate tasks efficiently, fostering effective communication within the program team
- Proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks, devising contingency plans to maintain program timelines
- Monitor progress against plans and budgets, adapting strategies as needed on a weekly or daily basis
- Chair program and project meetings to ensure operational excellence, fostering collaboration across functional teams
- Manage system inter-dependencies and prioritize tasks between program
- Escalate issues promptly as required
