As a next step, we’ll be launching an industry changing money management product. We’re looking for an incredible person to grow our Member Operations team and help push Fruitful forward.

Member Operations @ Fruitful

Our Member Operations team (known to members as “Fruitful Hospitality”) goes beyond traditional customer service, offering members exceptional care at every step of their journey. As a Member Operations Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring a best-in-class membership experience while helping shape processes to support our growing member base.

As Member Operations Associate, you will:

  • Provide exceptional support to members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a best-in-class hospitality experience
  • Collaborate with our Financial Guides to ensure seamless communication and an outstanding member journey
  • Assist our Member Operations Lead in implementing scalable processes to support company growth
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and drive solutions that enhance the member experience

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication, problem resolution, and continuous improvement across the
  • Experience working in fintech or financial services (a plus, but not required)
