Role overview

We are looking to add a new team member to the Felux Logistics service team. As the third member of this close-knit, high-performing team, you will play a critical role in building out our Logistics offering by managing daily operations for our customers, supporting the Logistics account team with proactive updates and administrative support, and collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver a delightful and memorable experience for our customers that exceeds their expectations. The ideal candidate will have a team-first mentality, strong organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, the ability to learn new things quickly, and excellent relationship-building, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

What you'll do

  • Build out shipments within our Transportation Management System (TMS)

  • Track shipments, and when needed, contact carriers via phone and email to ensure the status of shipments are accurately communicated to relevant stakeholders and updated in the TMS

  • Call customer facilities to set and confirm appointments for pickups and deliveries

  • Obtain and upload all required shipment documents and paperwork into the TMS

  • Monitor the Logistics email queue and respond to requests promptly, utilizing excellent written communication skills

  • Proactively communicate issues to the appropriate Felux team to ensure problems are resolved quickly and impact is minimized

  • Provide top-notch customer service to our Commercial Sales team to ensure they are receiving all the relevant information and updates they need

  • A willingness to go the extra mile to deliver the best experience, at times working outside core business hours when needed

  • Nice-to-have: Prior Logistics experience, ideally with a transportation broker or carrier
