That's why we are hiring a for a remote Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to support the accounting function in all AP work and responsibilities.

How you’ll contribute

• Maintain a best-in-class accounts payable function that supports the business’s needs as well as employees

• Ensure proper vendor on-boarding and vendor record maintenance

• Maintain the invoice approval process, ensuring approvals are received timely, and invoices are recorded accurately

• Manage Ramp, our invoice, credit card, and reimbursements platform, and ensure we are getting the most out of its capabilities

• Oversee and manage credit cards

• Ensure compliance with travel and entertainment policy

• Prepare 1099 filings

• Implement policies and create scalable processes

• Find opportunities for improvement in all aspects of the AP function

What you need to succeed

• At least 5 years of accounts payable experience showing increased responsibility and growth

• Experience working with systems such as Ramp, Divvy, Bill.com is desirable

• Expert knowledge of US and international tax rules related to vendor compliance and reporting

• Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to adapt to the demands of the business during rapid growth and change
