We’re excited that you have:

  • Collaborate with management and the Finance department to gather requirements to create automated dashboard reports for monitoring key financial and operational metrics.
  • Consolidate data from multiple systems, including CRM and proprietary applications, into a single repository to enable comprehensive business intelligence.
  • Establish and maintain reporting dashboards (particularly GTM, revenue centric and other operational metrics) using BI tools.
  • Handle ad-hoc data analysis requests from various business partners, including Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product teams, and the Finance, focusing on trend and segment analyses.
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics, including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics, and strategy recommendations to solve business problems.
  • Reduce manual hours spent on regular reporting by automating processes and replacing manual reporting procedures with automated dashboards.
  • Socialize results and insights with relevant stakeholders across finance, executive and go-to-market and other teams.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in a quantitative field (such as Engineering, Science, or Mathematics) desired and 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • This role will include automating data transformation from various applications (i.e., SFDC, Marketo, Mixpanel, etc.) to a BI interface (possibly Domo or something else) so need strong working knowledge of SQL and experience with Python or R.
  • Have built out BI reporting tools in Domo or Tableau or Looker previously.
  • Experience working alongside finance and go-to-market teams.
  • Ability to communicate and influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • An intrinsic drive to automate menial or low value tasks.

  • Experience working at high-growth startups. Preference for experience in SaaS industries.

  • The estimated pay range for California candidates for this position is $140,000 - $160,000 base. This position is also eligible for Dealpath's equity plan. Your compensation will be based upon several factors including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and the skills assessed in Dealpath's interview process.
