As a result, leaders lack the context they need, politics rules the day, and companies make expensive mistakes that result in hundreds of billions of dollars annually in waste.

What you'll do

Own growth and go to market. The Daydream platform is powerful, flexible, and can improve how businesses operate across a wide variety of common operational workflows. You’ll be a key owner of our land and expand strategy, a thought leader who identifies common operational pain points, and a scrappy executor who ensures our early customers are successful.
Start scrappy: solve “burning need” problems for individual customers. A scalable expansion strategy starts with making sure we hit it out of the park with our initial customers. You'll work closely with some of the world's most talented entrepreneurs & operators to make them successful & help them transition to running large parts of their business on Daydream. You’ll own the full customer lifecycle from needs assessment to ongoing support (including business modeling, analytical insights, etc.)
Scale the strategies that work. You’ll translate your 1:1 learnings into scalable strategies to onboard more customers. You'll work directly with our founders, executives, designers and engineers to design a more efficient operating playbook, build better product, and create templates that others can use to quickly onboard.
Build a world class team. We’re looking for a long-term partnership and this role is intended to scale with you. You’re building the playbooks that your team will operate against as it grows under you. You can recruit and get the most out of an all-star team.

Your Background

Analytical, first principles thinker. You have a passion for breaking down problems to first principles and building a solution from there.
Excellent communicator. You've got a proven track record of breaking down complex problems and explaining them clearly. We need you to operate independently with our customers, leveraging your experience and analytical knowledge to convincingly deliver the best solution to them.
Passionate. We build and move fast. You are a force multiplier who shares our passion and work ethic. You are passionate about working with smart people and enjoy being challenged. You'll be working with talented colleagues that know a lot about this subject. You enjoy being pushed and have no problem defending the right course of action. Talented at business modeling and data:
You are experienced using spreadsheets to model businesses and to help make business decisions.
You have experience pulling data from SQL databases, and ideally have some experience coding or scripting.
You ideally have 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, e.g. as a management consultant, business analyst, financial analyst, data scientist or similar role.
