At Coram AI, we’re reimagining video security for the modern world. Our cloud-native platform uses computer vision and AI to help businesses stay safe, make smarter decisions, and move faster; from real-time alerts to seamless clip sharing and multi-site visibility.

You’ll be joining a small, fast-moving team that values clarity, craftsmanship, and impact. Every person here has a voice, ships meaningful work, and helps shape how AI can make the world safer and more connected.

The role:

You'll be the operational backbone of Coram AI's field marketing in North America. From India, you'll own the planning, logistics, coordination, and follow-through for our trade show presence, partner co-marketing programs, and customer engagement events. On-the-ground execution will be handled by members of the sales and partnerships teams, and you will be responsible to make sure they show up prepared, the experience is seamless, and every event translates into measurable pipeline.

You'll also own demand gen campaigns, partner co-marketing programs, and content localized for specific verticals and buyer personas. You'll work across time zones daily with the US-based marketing team and North American sales org.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive marketer who can drive complex programs remotely, communicate clearly across teams and time zones, and connect marketing activity directly to business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Trade Shows & Event Management

  • Plan and project-manage Coram's presence at North American security and technology trade shows, industry conferences, and regional events

  • Manage all pre-event logistics from India: booth design and production, vendor coordination, collateral and demo preparation, swag, shipping, staffing plans, and scheduling

  • Brief and prepare on-the-ground sales and partnership team members so they can represent Coram effectively at events

  • Coordinate real-time support during events across time zones, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth execution

  • Own post-event follow-up workflows: lead capture, CRM entry, sales handoff, and attendee nurture sequences

  • Track and report on event ROI: leads generated, pipeline influenced, and deals sourced from field programs

Partner & Channel Co-Marketing

  • Work with systems integrators, resellers, and technology partners to develop joint marketing programs: co-branded events, webinars, partner showcases, and lead-sharing initiatives

  • Equip channel partners with sales tools, demo materials, and messaging frameworks ahead of joint events and campaigns

  • Coordinate partner presence and co-sponsorship logistics at trade shows and industry events

Customer Prospect Meetups & Executive Events

  • Organize customer roundtables, prospect dinners, and executive briefings in key North American markets, managing logistics remotely and coordinating with local team members for on-site hosting

  • Build and maintain invite lists, manage RSVPs, and ensure high-quality attendee experiences

  • Capture insights and feedback from customer-facing events and share with product and sales teams

Skills and qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation at a B2B technology company. SaaS or enterprise software strongly preferred

  • Proven experience planning and managing trade shows, conferences, and marketing events, including managing logistics for events in a different geography or time zone

  • Experience successfully run programs where you weren't on the ground, briefing and enabling others to execute

  • Experience working with channel partners and systems integrators on co-marketing programs

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent events and campaigns without missing deadlines or details

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to create clear briefs, compelling content, and effective stakeholder updates

  • Self-starter who thrives working independently in a fast-paced environment with a US-based team across time zones

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure what matters and tie field activity back to pipeline and revenue

  • Willingness to overlap working hours with US time zones (partial overlap expected)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in physical security, IoT, video surveillance, or related industries

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and event management platforms

  • Prior experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up

  • Experience managing events at major US trade shows (ISC West, GSX, or similar)

What we offer:

  • Competitive compensation package

  • 100% Employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and base life insurance

  • Flexible paid time off and paid holidays

  • Equity in a rapidly growing company

  • Referral bonuses

  • The latest Apple tech and unlimited tools so you can win
