The role:
We’re building a world-class sales team and are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Bangalore to support our US-based Account Executives. This role is responsible for generating qualified pipeline by identifying, reaching out to, and engaging potential customers for Coram AI’s cloud video security platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the US sales team to build and manage a qualified pipeline of opportunities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) into target accounts across multiple industries

  • Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally to schedule qualified meetings

  • Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and tailor outreach to their business needs

  • Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline data in our CRM

  • Collaborate with US-based Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads

  • Consistently hit or exceed daily/weekly activity goals (calls, emails, meetings booked)

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales development, inside sales, or customer-facing role (SaaS/technology experience preferred)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Grit, resilience, and a competitive drive to exceed targets

  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of complex technology solutions

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM/engagement tools is a plus

  • Ability to work night shift (US hours)

  • Ability to work in an onsite environment - we move quicker when we're in the same room
